Dog walking

Before my first walk with your dog I’ll come to your home to meet you both first so they see me in their environment, and then head out on a walk together. Seeing your dog in action is the best way for me to get to know them. Plus they can decide if they like me - its their choice too after all! This can take place on a weekend (or lighter evenings) if daytime weekdays are tricky.

As all my dogs are local to Camberwell, your dog will be picked up from your house with and will not need to go in a vehicle.

Walks tend to be at a leisurely pace, meaning all the important scents that need to be sniffed can be, and the dogs are able to process the environment at their own pace. If the dogs have strong opinions about which direction they want to take to the park that day - or which park they want to go to, we’ll do it. Rather than asking them for unquestioning obedience, I find that growing their confidence through choice, autonomy and trust brings means they are able to get the most out of our walks together, and ultimately means a happier, more tired dog.

Group walks take place between 11 am - 4 pm, Tuesday to Thursday and no more than three dogs are walked at a time.

Please note only dogs that live in CAMBERWELL SE5 are currently being accepted for dog walks.
